Princess Mononoke
Ashitaka, a young prince of the dwindling Emishi people, is struck by a curse after confronting a boar god transformed into a demon. Seeking a cure, he travels west and reaches a struggle between Lady Eboshi’s settlement, whose people are destroying the forest, and the animals defending it. There he meets San, a human girl fighting to protect the woodland, and tries to find a way through a conflict that threatens both sides.
