The Take

In 1984, Freddie Jackson walks out of prison after serving four years for armed robbery, and his wife Jackie expects their life to take a different direction. She soon discovers that Freddie has no intention of leaving crime behind: he is eager to return to the underworld and set his sights on becoming the leading figure in London’s East End. With his loyal cousin Jimmy at his side, Freddie begins challenging the people who already control the criminal world.
