Perfume

Profiler Nadja Simon investigates the murder of a singer whose scent glands were removed after her death. The case leads detectives to a group of former boarding-school friends, who share an unusually sensitive sense of smell and once studied how scents can influence human behaviour. As their experiments turned to synthesising individual people’s aromas, the investigation begins to question how far their work may have gone beyond what was allowed.
