Lord of the Flies

When a plane crash leaves a group of schoolboys alone on a tropical island, they must organize themselves without any adults. Ralph is chosen to lead and works with the intelligent Nicholas, known as Piggy, to keep the group united and maintain a signal fire. Jack Merridew, put in charge of hunting, grows more interested in power than rules, creating a divide that threatens the boys’ fragile order and pushes their struggle for survival toward anarchy.
