Hal Jordan, a legendary Lantern, is assigned to work with new recruit John Stewart when a murder in a small American town draws the attention of their intergalactic police force. What begins as a local investigation soon leads the two officers into a dark mystery rooted on Earth. As they follow the evidence, Jordan’s experience and Stewart’s role as a recruit are tested by a case that may put them at odds over who is worthy to carry the ring.
