After inheriting a country estate, Samantha and Jay Arondekar decide to turn the aging property into a bed-and-breakfast. Their plans become complicated when they discover that the house is home to the ghosts of its former residents. Samantha can see and hear the spirits, while Jay cannot, leaving the couple to deal with both the building’s constant repairs and the dead tenants’ demands as they try to get their new business running.
