French police commissioner Hubert Fiorentini is ordered to take two months off after his uncompromising methods clash with his superior. He uses the break to return to Japan, where he once lived, following the death of his former girlfriend. There, Hubert learns that he has a daughter, Yumi Yoshimido, and that her mother left her an inheritance of 200 million dollars. When yakuza members begin hunting the girl, Hubert must protect a daughter he never knew while dealing with the consequences of his past in Japan.
