In 1945, a U.S. military cargo plane crashes in Germany’s Black Forest while carrying classified material. Major Johnson sends Sergeants Brewer and Walsh with a squad of soldiers to recover the cargo and find any survivors behind enemy lines. Their mission changes when they discover dead Nazi soldiers marked with ancient symbols, while failed compasses, distorted perceptions and attacks from a supernatural force leave the group struggling to navigate the forest.
