Gemma and her fiancé, Tom, visit a new housing development while looking for their first home. After a strange real estate agent leaves them in the estate, every route leads back to the same identical house, turning the neat suburb into a trap they cannot escape. Their situation becomes even more unsettling when a baby is delivered to them with instructions to raise him, forcing the couple to deal with an unfamiliar child while searching for a way out.
