The Guilty

After being demoted, police officer Joe Baylor is assigned to work at an emergency dispatch center, where he spends his shift answering calls instead of working in the field. A woman reaches him by phone and says she has been abducted, but the connection is cut off before he can learn where she is. Joe uses the dispatch system and every available lead to locate her, while the limited information from the call makes each decision increasingly difficult.
