The Golden Glove
In early-1970s Hamburg, steelworker Fritz Honka spends his evenings at the Golden Glove, a bar frequented by people struggling with poverty and alcohol. He brings women he meets there back to his home, where failed sexual encounters and his hostility turn into brutal violence. As Honka repeats this pattern, the grim barroom routine becomes linked to a series of murders that begins to trouble the city.
