The Foreigner
Quan Ngoc Minh, a London restaurant owner, loses his teenage daughter in a bombing carried out by the Irish Republican Army. Dissatisfied with the authorities’ efforts to identify those responsible, he begins searching for the people behind the attack himself. His questions bring him into conflict with Liam Hennessy, a British government official whose connections to Ireland’s political past may lead Quan to the terrorists’ identities.
