The Dark Knight Rises
Eight years after Harvey Dent’s death, Bruce Wayne has kept Batman out of sight and accepted blame for the late district attorney’s crimes, allowing Gotham to regard the Dark Knight as an enemy. His withdrawal ends when Selina enters his life and Bane, a ruthless terrorist leader, launches an assault that overwhelms the city’s police. Wayne must return as Batman to confront Bane and defend the city that turned against him.
