The Cobbler
Max Simkin repairs shoes at his family’s longtime shop in New York’s Lower East Side, but his routine changes after he finds a magical heirloom among the cobbler’s tools. The object lets him take on the appearance and life of anyone whose shoes he wears, giving him access to experiences far removed from his own. Max begins using the ability to understand his customers and enters the world of gang leader Leon Ludlow, where the power creates problems he cannot solve by simply changing shoes.
