The Card Counter

William Tell lives quietly from one casino to another, relying on his skill at cards and keeping his past at a distance. His routine changes when he meets Cirk, an angry young man who asks for help carrying out revenge against a military colonel. Tell agrees to travel with him, while La Linda offers a way to earn more through high-stakes poker. As the plan takes shape, Tell must decide how far he is willing to go to help Cirk and confront the history he has tried to leave behind.
