Photographer Benjamin Shaw and his new wife, Jane, travel to Japan for their honeymoon, but a tragic accident interrupts their plans. When Benjamin develops the photographs taken around that time, pale figures begin appearing in the images, even though no one saw them at the scene. The couple tries to determine whether the apparitions are linked to the accident, while the unsettling pictures point them toward a mystery they may not be prepared to uncover.
