Luke Wright, a former elite agent, rescues Mei, a 12-year-old Chinese girl who has been abducted. He soon learns that she knows the code to a safe containing millions of dollars belonging to the Chinese Triads, making her a target for several powerful groups. As Luke tries to keep Mei alive, they are pursued through New York by the Triads, the Russian Mafia, and corrupt politicians and police officers.
