Ash works as a discreet broker who arranges payoffs between corrupt corporations and the people threatening to expose them. He relies on strict rules to keep his clients, contacts and himself out of sight, but those rules are tested when Sarah turns to him for protection. She has information that powerful interests want buried, and keeping her alive forces Ash to confront a threat more dangerous than an ordinary corporate cover-up.
