Le Gendarme de Saint-Tropez
Ambitious gendarme Ludovic Cruchot is transferred to Saint-Tropez, where he immediately takes on the resort’s most persistent nuisance: people bathing nude in public. While Cruchot turns the local station toward strict law enforcement, his teenage daughter Nicole tells her wealthy new friends that her father is a millionaire with a yacht in the harbor. The lie soon causes trouble when the yacht becomes linked to criminals involved in the theft of a valuable Rembrandt painting.
