La Belle Époque

Victor Drumond, a disillusioned man in his sixties, is struggling with a marriage that has lost its footing. He turns to Antoine’s company, which uses actors and historical reconstruction to recreate a chosen moment from the past, and asks to return to the week forty years earlier when he met the love of his life. As Victor steps back into that carefully staged period, the experience brings his old romance and present-day marriage into conflict.
