I Love You Phillip Morris
Steven Russell appears to have settled into an ordinary life as a police officer, husband, and church organ player until a serious car accident prompts him to acknowledge that he is gay. Determined to live differently, he adopts an extravagant lifestyle and turns to fraud to pay for it, eventually landing in prison. There he meets Phillip Morris, and Steven’s love for him leads to increasingly risky schemes aimed at getting Phillip out and building a life together.
