Counter Investigation
Police captain Richard Malinowski’s life changes when his daughter is murdered while he is away on an emergency call. A man is arrested and convicted of the crime, but Richard begins to question whether the verdict is correct. Unable to accept the official explanation, he uses his investigative experience to examine the case again and search for what may have been missed. His private inquiry puts the convicted man’s guilt at the center of the story.
