Charlie Bucket, a young boy from a poor family, finds a golden ticket hidden in a chocolate bar and earns a place on a private tour of Willy Wonka’s factory. The eccentric candy maker has kept the gates closed to outsiders for fifteen years, but now he invites Charlie and four other children inside his remarkable confectionery world. As Wonka guides them through rooms filled with chocolate and sweets, each visitor’s behavior creates new problems and forces Charlie to navigate the strange tour carefully.
