Backdraft
Chicago firefighters Stephen and Brian McCaffrey are brothers continuing the family profession, although their relationship remains strained after the death of their father in a backdraft. When a series of fires shows signs of deliberate arson, the brothers become involved in an investigation led by fire investigator Donald Rimgale. Brian eventually leaves the firehouse to help track down the arsonist, while Stephen remains caught between the demands of the case and the conflict within his own family.
