The Wild Robot
After a shipwreck leaves the intelligent robot Roz on an uninhabited island, she must learn how to function in a harsh natural environment without human support. Her attempts to adapt bring her into contact with the island’s animals, while caring for an orphaned gosling gives her a responsibility she was not designed to handle. As Roz becomes involved in the animals’ world, survival depends on more than simply repairing herself and finding a way to endure the island.
