Soul

Joe Gardner, a middle-school music teacher and devoted jazz pianist, finally gets the chance to perform with a professional band at the Half Note Club. On his way home, an accident separates his soul from his body and takes him to the You Seminar, where souls prepare for life before entering newborn children. Determined to return to Earth, Joe seeks help from 22, a reluctant soul who has spent an extremely long time in the seminar and has no desire to begin a life of her own.
